Fletchers’ Creek Co-op Homes Inc. Applicant Checklist
To apply for housing at Fletchers’ Creek Co-op Homes Inc., please ensure you have the following documents and information:
- Employment Reference Letter: This should be a current letter from your employer that includes:
- Your anticipated start date
- The exact location of your employment
- A contact name and telephone number for your employer
- Your current salary
- Photo Identification: Provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as:
- Driver’s licence
- Passport
- Identification Card
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $10.00 per adult (16 years of age and older) is required. This fee is used to cover the cost of a credit check.
- Proof of Income: Submit all supporting documentation that verifies your income.
Application Process
Fletchers’ Creek Co-op Homes Inc. fills all vacancies from an approved waiting list. You are applying to be added to this list by submitting your application. Please note the following regarding the waiting period:
- Estimated Waiting Time: Currently estimated between 3 to 7 years. The actual waiting period may vary depending on the length of the waiting list and the frequency of vacancies.
Occupancy Standards
To qualify for a unit, you must adhere to the following occupancy standards:
- Minimum Occupancy: One person per bedroom.
- Maximum Occupancy: Two persons per bedroom.
For example, to apply for a three-bedroom unit, your household must consist of a minimum of three persons and a maximum of six persons.
