WORK ORDERS
All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing and signed before submission. Work orders are available outside of the office and may be submitted to the office dropbox. Please allow 3-5 business days for work order completion. Work orders are prioritized by urgency.
Cosmetic repairs are the responsibility of the Member to keep our housing charges affordable.
Emergencies:
After regular office hours and on statutory holidays, a maintenance staff member is on call and can be called for emergencies only. An emergency is:
- no heat
- no electricity
- no water
- flood
- no access
